All guests signing registration cards on check-in must be 18 years or above.&nbsp;Damage to Apartment/Breakages:&nbsp;The guest who registers at check-in/arrival will be held accountable for any damage to the apartment and contents during the stay dates. The registered guest will be liable for damages caused (including those by third parties visiting the apartment) which will result in forfeiting any deposits, pre-payment, cash security deposit and may be subject to additional charges. We reserve the right to process any charges in addition to accommodation to the presented credit card supplied at check-in/arrival.Apartment Allocation:&nbsp;Apartments reserved in each reservation are guaranteed within the category reserved, specific apartment numbers and floor allocations and outlooks are subject to availability upon check-in and cannot be guaranteed. Higher and/or upgraded apartment types need to be reserved at time of reservation to be guaranteed. If for any reason the studio or apartment type reserved is no longer available at time of check-in/arrival, Club Tropical Resort will provide a substituted studio or apartment of equal or greater value and standard at the same rate confirmed. Interconnecting rooms are not available at Club Tropical Resort.No Show:&nbsp;Should you not arrive as expected for your reservation you will be deemed a no show, and your booking will be released, and you will forfeit all monies and payments, as we have held the room for your arrival, and we will be unable to resell the room at such short notice.Early Departures:&nbsp;On check in you will be asked to confirm your departure date. Should you then vacate your apartment and not fulfil your nights as expected no refunds will be given for any unused nights, as we are unable to resell rooms with this short notice.ID Policy:&nbsp;Club Tropical Resort requires guests to complete the registration process. This will include signing your registration card, the recording of government issued ID and the provision of a credit card to secure any additional incidental charges during your stay.Cash Policy:&nbsp;The minimum cash security deposit required (in additional to the full accommodation charge) is $200. Our family apartments are designed with a king bedded room (which can be closed off) and then additional bedding in the lounge area (either king or queen beds), or twin on request if required. They have 1 bathroom and are perfectly suited for families or friends. These apartments can accommodate 4 guests.

Tropical Family Apartment

These apartments have the flexibility to offer either king or twin-bedded options and have a separate bedroom to the rest of the apartment. There is additional bedding in the living area to allow up to 4 guests.

Club Family Apartment

Light and airy open plan apartment with full chefs’ kitchen. The king bedded master bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has can be either kind bedded or twin bedded (on request) there is a second bathroom across the hallway. The apartment has a study nook off the living area. The apartment also has a washing machine for guests use. The amazing outdoor space really captures sweeping views of Dickinson Inlet and the lagoon pool. Sit and enjoy the gentle afternoon on the outdoor lounges or enjoy a BBQ on the outdoor dining area. This area also has a powder room, which is prefect for visitors to use. This spacious apartment can accommodate 4 guests or 5 guests with additional bedding.

Sun Deck 2 Bedroom Apartment

Breath taking views over Dickinson Inlet from your private balcony. Relax in the peaceful & spacious studio room with jacuzzi jet bath, king sized bed and alfresco kitchenette. Sophisticated Bahamian style apartment with water garden views from your alfresco terrace. This 1 bedroom apartment has a king bedded room with ensuite bathroom and an additional powder room for visitors use. This apartment has a queen “murphy bed” in the living area so can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Plantation Suite 1 Bedroom Apartment

Tropical inspired décor with king bedded master bedroom, with ensuite bathroom and twin bedded second bedroom (can be king on request). There is a second bathroom. It is a single level, open plan layout with and alfresco kitchenette on your private balcony overlooking the lagoon pool. This apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests or 5 guests with additional bedding. Please note because of the location of this apartment there are additional stairs to access it.

Sun Light 2 Bedroom Apartment

This unique split level 2 bedroom apartment has a king bedded master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has either twin or king bedding (on request) and on the lower entry level is a second bathroom. On the upper level is the open plan living area and full kitchen leading out to your private balconies overlooking Dickinson Inlet and the lagoon pool. This apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. *please note there are stairs between the levels in this apartment.

Sun Bird 2 Bedroom Apartment

The apartment has been designed with wheelchair accessibility in mind. The entrance to the apartment is wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair and the unit is accessed via the lift with a clear path of travel.
The apartment features a spacious living area with plenty of natural light. The alfresco kitchenette is fitted with all the necessary appliances and is accessible for wheelchair users. The bathroom is designed to be wheelchair friendly with grab rails, a hand-held shower and a specially designed roll in shower.
The bedding options offer a flexible configuration of either a king bed (or 2 single beds) and the apartment has plenty of storage space.

Accessible Assist Tropical Studio Apartment

These apartments offer a queen size bed and a single bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and corner bath. On the balcony is an alfresco kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, and a small stovetop. The décor is a tropical style with bright colors and natural materials such as bamboo and rattan. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee views.

Tropical Studio Apartment (triple share)

These modern studio apartments feature contemporary décor with a bright and airy atmosphere. Each apartment has a private balcony with stunning views across the inlet to the rainforest clad mountains.
