Club Tropical Resort accepts bookings in accordance with the following terms &amp; conditions and reserves the right to refuse service and cancel any reservation that does not adhere to the following:·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;A valid credit card and photo ID will be required prior to check in via our electronic vault.Travel Insurance:&nbsp;We strongly recommend you take out appropriate travel insurance and include cover for cancellation should you need to unexpectedly amend/cancel your travel plans. You may be able to claim for loss of deposit &amp; cancellation fees applicable according to these terms and conditions.~~ Flexible Bookings ~~Deposit Required:&nbsp;A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is charged at time of reservation to secure the booking.&nbsp;Please note that any applicable credit card transaction fees do not form part of the deposit payment and are charged in addition to the requested deposit amount.Balance Payment:&nbsp;The total cost of your expected accommodation is required 14 days prior to arrival for low season bookings and 30 days prior to arrival for high/mid/peak season bookings (including Easter school holidays/June to October and Christmas/New Year school holidays and any local events). Please note that any applicable credit card transaction fees do not form part of the balance payment and are charged in addition to the requested balance amount.&nbsp;Credit Card Payments:&nbsp;We accept Visa, Mastercard &amp; Amex and a 1.5% credit card transaction fee applies. All credit card transaction fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.Transfer Payments:&nbsp;If you wish to use our BPay function to transfer from your bank account, please contact our office so we can send the information to facilitate this.Progress Payments:&nbsp;Must be paid via credit card or BPay only. Any other deposit monies received over $200 shall be refunded to you or retained as hotel credit towards a future booking. All credit card transaction fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.·&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;No Show, Delayed Check In or Early Departure for any reason incurs the full accommodation cost of the original reservation. This will ensure we have the correct number of guests in house should we need to evacuate the resort in an emergency. All guests signing registration cards on check-in must be 18 years or above.&nbsp;Damage to Apartment/Breakages:&nbsp;The guest who registers at check-in/arrival will be held accountable for any damage to the apartment and contents during the stay dates. The registered guest will be liable for damages caused (including those by third parties visiting the apartment) which will result in forfeiting any deposits, pre-payment, cash security deposit and may be subject to additional charges. We reserve the right to process any charges in addition to accommodation to the presented credit card supplied at check-in/arrival.Apartment Allocation:&nbsp;Apartments reserved in each reservation are guaranteed within the category reserved, specific apartment numbers and floor allocations and outlooks are subject to availability upon check-in and cannot be guaranteed. Higher and/or upgraded apartment types need to be reserved at time of reservation to be guaranteed. If for any reason the studio or apartment type reserved is no longer available at time of check-in/arrival, Club Tropical Resort will provide a substituted studio or apartment of equal or greater value and standard at the same rate confirmed. In extreme cases we may have to provide a substituted studio or apartment at a lower standard or value in which case the nightly rate will be adjusted to reflect this. In the unlikely case of Club Tropical Resort having to relocate guests to a nearby apartment or hotel of similar standard we will offer transportation to the alternate accommodation and cover the cost of this arranged accommodation or alternatively offer a full refund to allow the guest to choose alternate accommodation of their choice. Please note that there is a limited availability of guest rooms with twin bedding. Interconnecting rooms are not available at Club Tropical Resort.No Show:&nbsp;Should you not arrive as expected for your reservation you will be deemed a no show, and your booking will be released, and you will forfeit all monies and payments, as we have held the room for your arrival, and we will be unable to resell the room at such short notice.Early Departures:&nbsp;On check in you will be asked to confirm your departure date. Should you then vacate your apartment and not fulfil your nights as expected no refunds will be given for any unused nights, as we are unable to resell rooms with this short notice.ID Policy:&nbsp;Club Tropical Resort requires guests to complete the registration process. This will include signing your registration card, the recording of government issued ID and the provision of a credit card to secure any additional incidental charges during your stay.Cash Policy:&nbsp;The minimum cash security deposit required (in additional to the full accommodation charge) is $200. The cash security deposit will be refunded after an inspection of the apartment by a hotel representative has been conducted and the apartment is deemed in the same condition at the time of check-in/arrival.

Offers extra space and privacy with a separate king bedded room from the living area and overlooks our water garden. This apartment can accommodate 2 guests or 3 with additional bedding.

Club 1 Bedroom Apartment

Our family apartments are designed with a king bedded room (which can be closed off) and then additional bedding in the lounge area (either king or queen beds), or twin on request if required. They have 1 bathroom and are perfectly suited for families or friends. These apartments can accommodate 4 guests.

Tropical Family Apartment

These apartments have the flexibility to offer either king or twin-bedded options and have a separate bedroom to the rest of the apartment. There is additional bedding in the living area to allow up to 4 guests.

Club Family Apartment

Light and airy open plan apartment with full chefs’ kitchen. The king bedded master bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has can be either kind bedded or twin bedded (on request) there is a second bathroom across the hallway. The apartment has a study nook off the living area. The apartment also has a washing machine for guests use. The amazing outdoor space really captures sweeping views of Dickinson Inlet and the lagoon pool. Sit and enjoy the gentle afternoon on the outdoor lounges or enjoy a BBQ on the outdoor dining area. This area also has a powder room, which is prefect for visitors to use. This spacious apartment can accommodate 4 guests or 5 guests with additional bedding.

Sun Deck 2 Bedroom Apartment

Breath taking views over Dickinson Inlet from your private balcony. Relax in the peaceful & spacious studio room with jacuzzi jet bath, king sized bed and alfresco kitchenette. Or soak up the balmy tropical days on your outdoor sun loungers on the private side patio overlooking the resort pool. This apartment can accommodate 2 guests or 3 with additional bedding.

Located on the 3rd floor of the building this beachy style apartment has views across the Dickinson Inlet. It is a studio apartment with a queen bed and a single/day bed so will accommodate 3 guests. *This apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building and is accessed via additional stairs from the 2nd floor.

Sun Coast Haven Studio Apartment

These modern, spacious studio apartments offer views over the tranquil water garden from the balcony. The apartments feature a fully-equipped alfresco kitchenette, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop, as well as a comfortable living area with a flat-screen television. The balcony is the perfect place to relax and take in the beauty of the surrounding area. The alfresco dining area allows you to enjoy meals outdoors in the fresh air.

Club Studio with Water Garden Views

Sophisticated Bahamian style apartment with water garden views from your alfresco terrace. This 1 bedroom apartment has a king bedded room with ensuite bathroom and an additional powder room for visitors use. This apartment has a queen “murphy bed” in the living area so can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Plantation Suite 1 Bedroom Apartment

Tropical inspired décor with king bedded master bedroom, with ensuite bathroom and twin bedded second bedroom (can be king on request). There is a second bathroom. It is a single level, open plan layout with and alfresco kitchenette on your private balcony overlooking the lagoon pool. This apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests or 5 guests with additional bedding. Please note because of the location of this apartment there are additional stairs to access it.

Sun Light 2 Bedroom Apartment

This unique split level 2 bedroom apartment has a king bedded master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has either twin or king bedding (on request) and on the lower entry level is a second bathroom. On the upper level is the open plan living area and full kitchen leading out to your private balconies overlooking Dickinson Inlet and the lagoon pool. This apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. *please note there are stairs between the levels in this apartment.

Sun Bird 2 Bedroom Apartment

The apartment has been designed with wheelchair accessibility in mind. The entrance to the apartment is wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair and the unit is accessed via the lift with a clear path of travel.
The apartment features a spacious living area with plenty of natural light. The alfresco kitchenette is fitted with all the necessary appliances and is accessible for wheelchair users. The bathroom is designed to be wheelchair friendly with grab rails, a hand-held shower and a specially designed roll in shower.
The bedding options offer a flexible configuration of either a king bed (or 2 single beds) and the apartment has plenty of storage space.

Accessible Assist Tropical Studio Apartment

These apartments offer the perfect blend of comfort and tropical charm! You'll find a cozy queen-sized bed, a single bed, and an ensuite bathroom featuring both a shower and a corner bath for relaxation. Each apartment has a private balcony with stunning views across the inlet to the rainforest clad mountains. Stylishly furnished apartment, with an alfreasco kitchenette (and the bonus of a dishwasher), spacious seating on the outdoor balcony over looking the tranquail water garden. This apartment is designed for tropical living and is tiled throughout and fully air-conditioned. This apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and has been decorated to a very high standard. 
The apartment offers 2 separate sleeping areas each with ensuite bathrooms. This comprises of a king bed in the living area and separate bedroom available as either 1 x king or 2 x king singles, and has its own ensuite bathroom, so is perfect for familes or friends travelling together.
